All rented equipment remains the property of ITRENTALINDIA.COM.
Equipment is rented for a specified period, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
The client is responsible for the safekeeping and appropriate use of all rented items.
Equipment must not be used for any illegal or unethical activities.
No hardware modifications or unauthorized software installations are permitted.
Any misuse or damage caused intentionally or due to negligence will result in penalty charges.
We offer delivery and pickup across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Mohali, Jaipur, and other major North Indian cities.
Additional charges may apply for urgent, same-day, or outstation delivery.
Full or partial advance payment may be required before dispatch.
Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Razorpay.
Late payments may attract interest or suspension of service.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled delivery will be eligible for a refund (minus transaction charges).
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The client is responsible for any physical damage, theft, or loss of equipment during the rental period.
Replacement or repair costs will be billed separately.
Basic setup and technical assistance are provided at the time of delivery (if requested).
Remote or on-site support is available for long-term rentals.
